T-Mobile has emerged as the best provider of mobile broadband services in the UK, in a study conducted by independent testing house, P3 Solutions. However, the survey was oddly enough sponsored by T-Mobile itself. This is the third consecutive quarter in which the company has achieved success in such a poll.

The study was conducted on a number of parameters, with mobile networks being scored on web-browsing speeds, download speeds of varying file sizes, speed of email services and the support to popular applications. The results found T-Mobile to be way ahead of its closest competitors. The most significant difference being in the upload speeds, which were 44% faster in case of T-Mobile.

This is probably not an undeserved accolade, as an earlier survey conducted by YouGov also found T-Mobile to be the clear winner in half of the service categories. For information on your ISP click compare mobile internet for provider reviews and news.

The results of the survey come as no surprise to Emin Gurdenli, chief technology officer at T-Mobile UK, who says that the strategy of the company has been very effective in satisfying customers, who appreciate its network reliability and performance. This is testified by the fact that there has been a huge increase in the number of mobile broadband subscribers for the company, contributing to the 300% growth in data traffic that T-Mobile has seen since late 2007.
